Shipping policy

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

Free UK shipping on all orders of £30 or more.

UK orders up to 2 kg are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders over 2 kg are sent via courier. All UK shipping options include tracking.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

All international orders are sent via a tracked service. Shipping typically takes 1–2 working days within the UK, up to 14 days for Europe and the USA, and up to 21 days for the rest of the world. During busy periods it may take longer — please allow at least 7 days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders before contacting us about a non-delivery.

All orders are packed in sturdy record mailers with card stiffeners where required. Records are removed from the outer sleeve when packed to prevent seam splits.
