Delivery

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of being placed.

For UK deliveries, orders up to 10 kg are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with parcel tracking. Orders over 10 kg are sent by courier. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free UK shipping on orders of £30 or more. For orders below £30, shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Available options depend on the order weight and delivery address.

International delivery is separate from our UK rates. Available services and shipping costs for your destination are shown at checkout. International transit times vary by destination and service.

All orders are packed in sturdy record mailers with cardboard reinforcers where necessary to prevent bending. Records are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splits.
